 It is very important to us to get across the message of sincere appreciation and praise that both you and Rose deserve for the most fantastic job the two of you performed for us.  We will never be able to thank you both enough for the time and energy you both invested into moving swiftly and selling our home in just 10 DAYS after we had it on the market with another realtor for 90 days.  We were both getting worried there for a while.
